Full payment is due at time of order before any work begins. For design work, original quotes price includes three rounds of revisions and additional edits may incur charges. Customer is responsible for proofreading and approving all copy for spelling, dates and other information included in design.
Price quotes are based on described project and estimated quantities; if final project is significantly different, additional fees may apply.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless due to defect in product.
We do not offer returns or refunds for digital file purchases.
To complete your return, please contact us via email to make arrangements. We do not accept "forced returns," or a return without previous communication.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are final and cannot be returned. We are unable to offer price adjustments for items in completed orders.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via Pew Pew Lasercraft's chosen mail class. If you require a specific or expedited shipping, there will be additional charges.
We are not responsible for shipments to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned for insufficient address or similar reason, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs to resend. Force returned orders will not be refunded.
